I recall (about a decade ago) seeing a class on the Moosecamp list entitled "Paper plate hats." I didn't get to take it, however. (Perhaps it wasn't offered the years I went.)

Would anyone here happen to know more about this concept and be able/willing to share?

I like it! (And those fanciful designs....wow!)

    Thanks so much, Pinkberry!

I suppose I ought to inquire about potential practical use suggestions, too.

It's good to have other options. And I like that concept...a lot.

Now, making it marketable in a world where moms expect a doggie, dammmit........!

I'm going to use that turn of phraseology!

The only thing about "foam hats" would be whether they are both pliable enough to be easily bent and cut while also substantial enough to keep shape when cut and standing, without just becoming floppy hats.

Wasn't that class offered by the Fabulous Mark Renfro?
